Ongoing Memorial Care Plans
Our care plans provide ongoing maintenance and respectful care throughout the year. Each visit ensures the memorial remains clean, tidy and cared for, with photographic updates after every visit.
Where a memorial requires a deeper initial clean to bring it back to a maintainable condition, this will be carried out during the first visit before ongoing care continues.
All visits include careful cleaning, grass trimming around the memorial, fresh flowers placed on each visit, and a gentle polish where appropriate for the stone and its condition.
Care plans can be paid monthly by Direct Debit or annually in advance.

Important note
If a memorial requires significant restoration, repair or deep cleaning beyond routine maintenance, this will always be discussed and agreed before any additional work is carried out.
✍️ Inscription Repainting & Letter Restoration
Over time, memorial lettering can fade due to weather, age and natural wear. We offer careful repainting and gilding to restore clarity while respecting the original memorial.
All lettering work is carried out by hand using appropriate materials designed for memorial stone 🎨. We always assess the condition of the inscription before starting and will advise honestly if repainting is recommended.
Before-and-after photographs are provided so you can clearly see the improvement 📷.
Lettering work is usually carried out after cleaning to ensure the best and most even finish.
✍️ Letter Repainting
From £99 (up to 100 letters)
Suitable for memorials where existing paint has faded or worn away.

When is repainting recommended?
During a cleaning visit we will always let you know if lettering would benefit from repainting. There is never any obligation, and we only recommend work when it will genuinely improve the memorial’s appearance.

We tidy, level and refresh existing grave gravel to keep plots looking neat and cared for.

Headstone re-levelling
If a memorial has shifted or become uneven, we can carefully re-level and stabilise it where appropriate.
Headstone replacement
Where a memorial is beyond repair, we can assist with removal and replacement in line with cemetery regulations.
Kerb & surround repair or replacement
Repairs to damaged kerbs, edging and surrounds to restore the memorial area respectfully.
Military memorial care
Sensitive cleaning and maintenance of military and service memorials with appropriate care and respect.
Large public memorials
Cleaning and maintenance of larger memorials, monuments and public remembrance spaces.
Christmas wreath placement
Wreaths placed during the Christmas period for families unable to visit in person.
Seasonal flower placements
Flowers placed for birthdays, anniversaries and special dates throughout the year.
Photo visits
A visit to check and photograph a memorial when families cannot attend.
